In honour of Security Delta’s (HSD) 10th anniversary, I was invited to develop a plan that would reinforce their position across the triple helix stakeholder community. Recognizing HSD’s pivotal role in the digital security ecosystem and its partial public funding, I proposed a knowledge-sharing approach as a way to give back. The plan included a C-level knowledge-sharing and networking event. Plus activities throughout the year and the creation of a distinctive, inspiring book as a central element of the plan.
HSD asked me to organize the C-level stakeholder event and to produce and write the accompanying book. Drawing on my previous experience publishing a book on transformation and my longstanding familiarity with Security Delta, I understood the importance of navigating complex ecosystems where diverse, evolving interests must be carefully balanced. It was crucial to capture and effectively communicate these dynamics—particularly in a publication of this nature.
From concept to communication: reinforcing HSD’s positioning
To make the design stand out both from HSD’s existing publications and within the broader industry, we partnered with Raza, known for their exceptional magazine formats. This collaboration between HSD, Raza, and strategyC resulted in a unique book that board members, employees, and partners enthusiastically received.
Our goal was to create a resource that not only chronicles the formative years of Security Delta but also serves as a powerful tool for marketing and networking, further strengthening Security Delta’s ecosystem. One of the most rewarding responses came from a partner who described it as a treasure trove of lessons learned, real-world case studies, notable achievements, and discussions on current themes in the digital security sector.

How the book sparked evolution: Refreshing HSD’s identity, style, and content strategy
Following the publication, the book also served as inspiration for refreshing HSD’s brand identity, writing style, and overall content strategy—transforming it from a final deliverable into the catalyst for a new beginning as they look ahead to the next decade.
