In the early 2010s, I had the privilege of helping launch Security Delta (HSD). This ambitious start-up set out to create a digital security cluster, bringing together companies, governments, and knowledge institutions in a collaborative ecosystem. Often referred to as the “triple helix,” this partnership aimed to drive innovation and progress in the digital security sector. I was hired to contribute to strategically align external stakeholders in the eco-system.
Driving alignment and innovation
As part of this mission, I led the development and implementation of a comprehensive stakeholder alignment strategy. This included positioning, branding, multi-channel marketing, content marketing, and corporate storytelling—all designed to inspire external stakeholders to join HSD’s vision.
My work didn’t stop at strategy. I played a key role in organising the grand opening of the HSD Campus, the central innovation hub and symbol of the cluster’s collaborative spirit. I also contributed to the hub’s signage and interior design, shaping an inspiring and cohesive brand identity that strengthened HSD’s presence.
A decade of growth and impact
Today, Security Delta stands as a leading security cluster, with a network of over 275 partners. It focuses on societal solutions for digital security and artificial intelligence, while championing European values like privacy and ethics. The organisation’s growth into an internationally recognised ecosystem reflects the strength of its vision and collaborative foundation.
Looking forward to the next chapter
Of course I said ‘yes’ when they asked me to help with their 10th anniversary. Read more about the plan I proposed and how we worked together to reinforce HSD’s position in the ecosystem, a solid foundation to strategically align for the next decade.
